Who we are

Owner/ Lead IV nurse

Chelsey believes every person deserves to feel truly cared for at every stage of life. She built her nursing career around a simple promise: treat every patient with the same compassion and dignity she would want for her own family.

After six years in nursing and two years specializing in holistic and functional medicine, she has become an advocate for care that looks beyond symptoms to support the whole person. She specialized in ER, Oncology, Gastroenterology, and Hospice care before finding her love for Functional/Integrative medicine.

Chelsey blends clinical knowledge with a heart-led approach, designing personalized experiences that nurture wellness from the inside out.

When she’s not helping patients feel their best, she’s chasing joy with her energetic four-year-old son and husband and building a life rooted in health, balance, and a lot of love.

Partner/ IV nurse/ Reiki specialist

Caitlin has been a RN for 15 years, and is grateful for the opportunity to work in all different settings during this time from ED, ICU, Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Tribal Health, Primary Care, and Addiction Medicine.

In 2016, she decided to shift her focus and align more with her passions and holistic nursing after experiencing significant burnout accompanied by many health challenges. She is so grateful for these challenges because they awakened her to more integrative and alternative ways of healing, and ignited her passion for serving clients in more holistic ways.

She discovered the benefits of IV Hydration through her deeper work in functional medicine and her own experience as a client/patient receiving IV Vitamin Therapy to overcome dis-ease in her body resulting from Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever in 2019.

She is a Certified Nurse Coach, Reiki Master, and have completed a number of additional trainings in Functional Medicine Coaching, Hair Tissue Mineral Testing, sound healing and more. She loves to blend together various wellness modalities to support our clients more holistically on their healing journey.

She lives in Arden on a mini farm with her husband Simon, and their two adoptive sons Liam & Jagger, a mini donkey, mini horse, 4 goats, 5 rescue dogs, and 2 cats. When she is not providing wellness services to clients (or saving animals), she loves to spend time with her family (including the furry ones), outdoors exploring the Asheville area and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

She is so grateful and honored to be a part of your healing and wellness journey!
