Built on relationships.
You meet with our practitioner during your first visit to build your plan together. From there, our nurses know your file — and you'll see the same friendly faces every time you come in.
From the door
to the drip.
Every first visit is different — we'll confirm what to expect when you book, and keep you posted as your appointment unfolds. The goal is unhurried, personal, and built around what you actually need.

- 01
Arrive & check in.
First-time clients complete a short intake — health history, current medications, supplements, and what brought you in. Walk-ins welcome based on availability.
- 02
Meet your practitioner.
One-on-one consultation. We review your intake, goals, and any relevant labs, then build the right treatment plan together. Never templated — always personalized.
- 03
Your treatment.
Once your plan is set, your nurse gets you settled, walks you through everything, and starts your IV or injection. Your nurse stays with you through the session.
- 04
Wind down & on with your day.
Saline flush, vitals, and a quick check-in. Most clients feel the effects within hours. Drive, work, or head out — and we'll text 24 hours later to see how you're doing.
"I opened Pure Vitality because people deserved better than a fifteen-minute appointment."
Chelsey Wines is a registered nurse and the founder of Pure Vitality Infusion Services. After more than a decade in traditional healthcare — much of it working with chronically ill patients who'd been bounced between specialists — she opened the clinic in 2026 with a single principle: that real care takes time, and time is what most clinics don't give.
She works in close collaboration with Dr. Clayton Bell MD, an internationally recognized Lyme disease specialist, and is RGCC certified to administer SOT IV — an advanced protocol used for chronic Lyme, chronic viral infections, and oncology support.

"Chelsey is incredible. She took the time to actually understand what was going on with me before recommending anything. The space is calm, the chairs are comfortable, and I left feeling like a new person."
"I've been managing chronic Lyme for years. Pure Vitality is the first clinic that's treated me like a whole person, not a chart. The SOT protocol has been life-changing."
"Booked a mobile infusion the morning after a wedding and it saved my entire week. Professional, on-time, and genuinely lovely to talk to."
